LiquidPay is a digital platform and technology interface operated by Gigimobile Technology Solutions. LiquidPay connects users to licensed financial entities, banking systems, and regulatory-approved money transmitters to enable cross-border transfers, virtual multi-currency wallets, and foreign exchange execution.
LiquidPay is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, or direct money transfer operator. All regulatory compliance, license coverage, and actual execution of cross-border money transmission are carried out by our licensed institutional infrastructure partners.
To register for an account and access the services, you must:
All transactions initiated on LiquidPay are processed through our partner institutions. Exchange rates, fees, and processing margins are fully disclosed prior to transaction execution. Once a transfer is confirmed, the transaction rate is locked and settlement instructions are dispatched immediately.
You are responsible for ensuring all recipient details, bank codes, and transfer directions are entered correctly. LiquidPay cannot reverse or cancel a transaction once it has been processed.
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, or circumventing legal capital flow controls. LiquidPay and its partners reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts and block transactions suspected of being in violation of local and international financial regulations.
